Hyintech HF RFID Reader HYH4W1T, with ISO15693 protocol, with antenna HYP3242, specialized for Jewelry Management

Long distance Multi-tag Reading handheld HY3800WH could read jewelry tag in patch. 

l         For counting and checking in Opening / Closing of Jewelry store

Resolution 1) put the Jewelry box, with Jewelry hanging Jewelry RFID tags HYTSJ15, on to antenna HYP3242 which connect to Reader HYH4W1T. All the tags on plate will be read at the same time.

Resolution 2) Using HY3800WH Long distance Multi-tag handheld to sweep over, scanning the Jewelry tags in patch. If this device need to move to other place, could put these device accompany with a big battery which supply power to Reader HYH4W1T, also a Laptop computer onto a hand push cart.

l         Anti-Thief at Jewelry store

1) Put the Jewelry box, with Jewelry hanging Jewelry RFID tags HYTSJ15, on to antenna HYP3242 which connect to Reader HYH4W1T. All the tags on plate will be read at the same time.

Keep the readers working, when one of the tags missing the reading, can not shown on list in computer, it means someone have move the jewelry. Alarm could show then.

Noted

1.         Some of our client got recommendation from other supplier that their UHF jewelry tag can be read 10 meters. For anti thief, just 1 reader and inspect the tags within 10 meters.For inventory or ordinary goods without metal, it may work, however, for jewelry management, above can never do. If handling on Jewelry, the UHF tag if blocked by metal, can not be read at all, even put at very closed distance. 2.         Our HF RFID Gate L20 is based on very sensitive design. However, get effected by metal and take consider the very small size of Jewelry tag. It can do nothing on it.

3.         For RFID Jewelry anti-thief, resolution mentioned above is the only way can do.

It’s with coil wire antenna inside, not ordinary inlay sealing.

At current market, there is lots of supplier selling Jewelry tag just look like our HYTSJ15, however, it made by ordinary cheap inlay, which can not be sensitive enough to operation in this resolution.

There is the said HF Jewelry tag at very lot price in market, and be in same size and shape like our HI-TSJ15. Especially, some trading company, for chasing of benefit, suit such tag sold as jewelry tag .However, during the application, as long as hang on metal, such tag can not read. Jewelry tag is with small size, to be read when there is the metal around, have to increase its sensitivity. The reader has to do something adoption on this too.

If using this tag along, or attached to jewelry not made of metal, it can be.

However, as long as it put around metal, it can not work.

If using UHF tag for metal jewelry, the reader can only read the tag from certain angle.

Whatever how closed the tag is, can not work in the same with like HF(put on the plate and read all tags). If do the same way, for UHF, lots of tag will missing the read

The only resolution for using UHF jewelry tag is with UHF handheld computer scanning tags almost one by one to avoid missing.
